Our story begins in Guadalajara, Jalisco, where our family’s love of traditional Mexican cooking took root. Our mother began cooking at eight years old, learning to prepare each dish from scratch. Today, that same care is at the heart of Firme Tacos Estilo Jalisco.
Birria de res remains our signature specialty — a guest favorite that reflects the flavors we grew up with. We bring those family recipes to your event, preparing authentic, homemade food fresh on site and serving it hot off the plancha.

Not in the mood for tacos? Book our mini pancakes cart, crepes cart, hot dog cart, burger grill, Chilaquiles Live Bar or Breakfast Live Bar as a standalone catering option. We also do pozole, menudo, tamales and more — ask about adding any of these to your event.

Catering packages
Everything is made fresh and homemade. Every package includes the taquero, the setup and cooking on site — we arrive 1.5–2 hours ahead of serving time.
We cater 50 to 5,000+ guests — just ask.
Need more time? Extra service hours beyond the included 2–3 hour minimum are $100/hour.
Prices are for cook-on-site with 50 guests and up — under 50 guests, pricing changes. Delivery is $1 less per person, pick up is $2 less per person. Travel: first 20 round-trip miles from 90042 are free, then $0.80 per mile (there and back). 7.5% sales tax applies. Online card payments through Stripe add a 3% processing fee; direct Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay and cash the day of the event have no fee.
